We currently don't have access to a big query cluster so we cannot support the very few amount of querying we do for BQ.

If someone has access to a BQ cluster and would like to give it a go we can work on a connector together and get it into testing.

I'm quite interested in this! Would love to use the CLI but we're on GCP. Just looking around – would you be open to adding a dependency on DBT's adapter? I'm far from an expert, so perhaps I'm making some leaps but at a first pass it seems like it can do what's need for the connectors, and since it's part of DBT's ecosystem, perhaps it's ok? Either that or I'll simply be following along with them to do the BQ pieces.

Hey @sornon1 thanks a lot for your interest!

I think I'd be totally up for using the dbt internals especially as they are moving closer and closer to a stable API with v1 so if you feel like doing it that way go ahead.

As soon as v1 is released I will be moving a lot of what we do "in-house" to using dbt so it's absolutely welcome!
