How to add watermark to video?

With bitcodin-dotnet it was possible to add watermark in such way https://github.com/bitmovin/bitcodin-dotnet/blob/develop/bitcodin-net-examples/Examples/CreateWatermarkedVideoJob.cs. Is it possible to add watermark with bitmovin-dotnet? And what the difference between those two libraries? Looks like bitcodin-dotnet isn't supported anymore
