Invalid permission of postgres data folder on Windows

I'm trying to run bitmagnet on Windows with Hyper-V backend(it seems that WSL2 backend has some issues with the OS). I copied the docker-compose.yaml minimal example and ran it. However bitmagnet-postgres kept restarting itself with error message as follows:

I tried supplying absolute path and running docker desktop with administrator, but is seems that there is something wrong with the Linux host that docker is running on Hyper-V? I'm not sure what is the cause and googling didn't tell me any useful information. The config runs just fine on Linux though.

Confirmed to be mounting problem. Docker did not mount physical directory properly to the container.
