“Refresh Collections List” button makes drop down menu for collections inaccessible

The new white button for refreshing the list of collections can hide the vertical ellipsis, as shown below. Clicking on the vertical ellipsis is then very complicated.

That white button shall appear at the bottom, on the same height as the orange Refresh button.

@rfc2822 @devvv4ever Maybe we can make it so it disappears when sliding down the screen, and appears again when sliding up or something like that? I think it would still be quite a material-friendly approach, and it would fix the issue pretty quickly. Because moving them to be placed horizontally would still not fix anything, the icon would still be covered by the orange refresh button.

Depending on some random factors, like amount of consumed vertical space, scrolling might not be possible. On the other side, as far as I can see, the orange button can always be put in a position, where it hides nothing.

So, hiding the buttons when scrolling is a good idea, but when no scrolling is possible, because the used vertical space is not that much, this problem has to be approached also somehow.

We "have" to follow M2 guidelines, so placing the FAB buttons horizontally is technically not allowed. However, I see the problem, and I agree that it must be addressed.

What I think could help on cases in which scrolling is not possible, we can make sure that there's always a margin below of the list of the required size. It has to be tried, because I don't know if it would look good or not, but maybe it's a quick, and easy solution, without all the added complications of making the buttons appear and disappear.
