Upload Capture SDK to Maven Central

Setting up the SDK requires adding a dedicated Maven Repository. Larger apps tend to have a strict list of repositories they pull from, as adding more means there's a risk we pull other artifacts from bitdrift instead of central. I know the setup guide recommends using "includeGroup" which helps with that, but here's I'm simply stating that generally speaking, "more repos" is frown upon and adds friction.
