Expected result

The rule should not report <div role="img"> as a problem when the <div> has child elements, as <img> is a void element and cannot have child elements.

I Wonder if we should not completely ignore img role like the presentation role. We recently fixed a closely related issue: #3828

Also had issues regarding the rule suggesting to use <dialog> in favour of <div role="dialog">. The <dialog> is placed in the top-layer, while you sometimes want some different behaviour using the z-index
