Hello,

I've noticed some of the taxonomy labels have species names but not labels for higher levels such as

d__Bacteria; p__Spirochaetota; c__Spirochaetia; o__; f__; g__; s__Spirochaeta aurantia
d__Bacteria; p__Desulfobacterota_I; c__Desulfobacteria; o__Desulfobacterales; f__; g__; s__Desulfonema limicola
d__Bacteria; p__Desulfobacterota_G_459546; c__Desulfuromonadia; o__Geobacterales; f__Pseudopelobacteraceae; g__; s__Geobacter psychrophilus

Is there a reason for this and if not is it possible to have these corrected/submit corrections?

Thank you for flagging this. It is indicative of either a bug in tax2tree, and I'm guessing in one of the late stage steps, and is likely stemming from an inconsistency integrating LTP and GTDB. I've opened an issue with tax2tree
