Push an update for translations

Last update was in 2022, there has been a significant amount of work done by contributors on translation, having a new release to get that out of the way would most definitely be nice and also let people catch new mistakes in it.

e.g. a few months ago I've went over ntfy's PT-BR translation and made it use the same terms all around and fixed many strings
