Hi,

Is this RFC intended to be pursued further? It appears on the IETF tracker to be expired: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-irtf-cfrg-xchacha/

I believe it was abandoned because the IETF/CFRG/whoever showed no interest in adopting XChaCha20.
