This is a collaborative effort to publish an RFC draft for the IETF covering the use of extended-nonce ChaCha20-Poly1305 ciphersuites.

First, install mmark and xml2rfc on your local machine.

Next, update the xchacha.md file with your desired changes.

Run build.sh to compile the RFC txt file from the Markdown script.
