Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have CADA for variant prioritization. It would also be nice to have something more established, such as the HiPhive algorithm in the Exomiser.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement integration of the exomiser, similar to how CADA is integrated.
