As a user, I want to validate the pipeline used to create a given dataset from ORCESTRA

Given a dataset, use <DOI? Name? Object Hash?> to get the github repo used to create the object
If the pipeline needs input data, I should be able to download it locally if it is public or get access to it through instructions provided in the pipelines if it is private

Ensure accurate link to GitHub repo & commit ID associated with dataset

Establish public-facing data organization standard & GCS bucket

Ensure DNL page satisfies all FAIR requirements
