Demo seems to be not working

I have tried the demo with simple pdf here : https://www.sjsu.edu/writingcenter/docs/handouts/Abstracts.pdf. Both link and downloaded version with my API key on chrome browser. With all combination of models and sample questions. the right side chat history does not diplay anything, including the question asked, it seems to be not responding at all. I have been trying it for few weeks with a hope that it may be some temp issue which will be resolved but does not seem to respond.

Is this issue , known reported ? any resolution ? I have checked my API key is proper. Tried on Edge as well. When I clone the code and run locally it still has the same issue, suspecting something to do with the sate of latest code.
