Hi!

First of all, thanks for maintaining this plugin.

We are currently consuming it with bzlmod via an archive_override in MODULE.bazel.
However, it would be nice if we could do it directly from the bazel-central-registry.

This can be achieved by installing and configuring the publish-bot.
