你好，最近测试低带宽推流发现250kB/s左右的时候就会出现network weak，这个网速也不算特别低的了，请问可以兼容到更低的带宽方式吗

可以SrsEncoder.java里面调节编码参数，比如GOP象征是FLV缓存队列的大小，但现有代码不支持动态调节这些参数。

那只能先断开重新设置编码参数，再重新编码了
