bee pack 可以默认忽略.开头的文件和目录 #2

目前bee pack打包的时候会把git的.git, .gitignore这样的文件打包进去，类似的还有.hg .hgignore .hgtags，可以默认忽略掉

目前有个 -exs 参数可以忽略文件的，你可以直接用这个选项的。

已有的api不好更改参数，以免产生不兼容

我觉得，按照go的设计哲学，约定俗成，加了.的文件和目录就是不可见的，那么打包的时候是要忽略的

有道理，这样做如何，增加一个参数，-exh 忽略 . 开头的文件，默认 false
