When I connect to 127.0.0.1 or my ipv4 it says "Unable to connect to world".

How to reproduce:

MC version 1.21.0 but ive tried all versions from 1.20.72 - 1.21.1 and bedrock tool version 1.37+1.38
Disabled my antivirus firewall

All did now work

Edit:

Usaly it says 0/1 instead on locating when it works properly

Had the same issue recently, it got answered, probably it will work after writing this command into the Windows PowerShell, here is the link ; https://doc.pmmp.io/en/rtfd/faq/connecting/win10localhostcantconnect.html
