HI, was your Olares installed successfully or did you initialize it?
And what status of the pod?

if the pod is CrashLoopBackOff , could you please execute the command,

kubectl logs -n os-system anayltic2-server-5977cd9b5c-tsw8w -p > analytics.log

and provide us the log of the pod
