Add "Create Issue for Unexpected Output" button to website

There should be an option to to generate the markdown for a GitHub issue from the http://jsbeautifier.org/ website. It would generate an issue with all the needed items for debugging: options, input, expected output, and actual output. A future version of it could also include debugging information.
