 1) Remove all files (only files, not folders!) from 'html' folder and 'html/search' folder (see below).
 2) Rebuild documentation.
 3) Add new files (see below).
 4) Delete missing files (see below).
 5) Commit.

* Remove all(many) files from local dir (note the -depth argument):
find . -name "*" -print -depth 1 | xargs rm

* Add new files to repo:
svn st | grep ^? | awk '{print $2}' | xargs svn add

* Delete missing files from repo:
svn st | grep ^! | awk '{print " --force "$2}' | xargs svn rm
