Describe the task
Build a React-Native app using Map Libre to support the display of PMTiles in the app.

Acceptance Criteria

Can build an app that displays PMTiles on a map for both a phone and simulator.
Determine if there is support for caching tiles for offline use of the app.
Confirm map interaction on both Android and iOS devices.

Additional context

Consider using Expo to support development of the app. Helps get things up a running quickly with a command or two.
