Update the new Developer Site to integrate the Service BC Connect branding as reflected in the Figma designs.

15-Nov - met with Ethan and Rajan, explained that we do need to update the left-hand side column to remove any blank sections. Hide SBC Connect overview, hide Business Number and overview

For initial release, need to correct Products page (this webpage: https://developer.connect.gov.bc.ca/en-CA/products) to remove the tiles for Business Number and Product Name Here.

reviewed mobile updates with Rajan and confirmed that breadcrumb is not needed because there is a mobile-friendly sub-menu available to navigate to different pages.

Text hyperlink issue in TEST env on Account Setup page:
Step #9. currently displays as 'Use the API key for your queries and submission of data. Review the [detailed API documentation]((/products/get-started/apis-summary)for more information about how the APIs work.'

Should display hyperlink not hyperlink text to link to the API summary page in correct env: /products/get-started/apis-summary

In Account setup page, step #10, the hyperlink for the Discourse forum needs to open to: https://discourse.onebc.ca/

currently, in TEST, the link opens to the announcements page which is the incorrect url
