Describe the Bug:

selecting "other" for the methodology doesn't allow submission:

The error is on the backend, likely just a capitalization one

when you forget to select ANY methodology, the error message at the bottom still says "allocations must equal 100%...."

@patriciarussellCAS for prioritization, it should be an easy one to fix

Good catch! Thanks.
I also noticed a small bug on this page - when you forget to select ANY methodology, the error message at the bottom still says "allocations must equal 100%...." which is confusing. It's good that there is an error because methodology is a required field, but it was the wrong error. Just mentioning it in case it's related to this bug!

We can probably fix it all together, it's a validation issue
