Description:

Given I am an Existing Operator Profile with no Account Administrator, when I make an access request I will receive an email confirmation of a successful request. Then, when a CAS staff approves or declines my access request, then I will receive another email notification

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I have clicked "Request administrator access" on this wireframe
Then I will receive the following email: 1.1.1 Submission confirmation email template from the Automatic Emails - Reg 2.0 doc

Given that a CAS staff approved of my administrator access request,
Then I will receive the following email: 1.1.2 Approval confirmation email template from the Automatic Emails - Reg 2.0 doc

Given that a CAS staff declined my administrator access request,
Then I will receive the following email: 1.1.3 Decline confirmation email template from the Automatic Emails - Reg 2.0 doc
