Update HTML and Word version of checklist

On these pages (ENG:https://bati-itao.github.io/resources/accessible-documents-en.html and FRE: https://bati-itao.github.io/resources/ms-doc-compliance-checklist-fr.html) numerous links must be modified. I made all the changes in the Word versions (which are available via the Download button). See attached.
