Won't be merging this Pull Request but if anyone is using this version of the retweet-bot the files in the PR will get it to a functional state. I would recommend using my fork of this repository instead https://github.com/MChambers1992/retweet-bot |

The config sample file was removed in an earlier commit by a botched merge, this PR fixes that.
