As a forgetful user
I want a way to reset my password
So that I can log in again

display link "Forgot Password?" in sign-in form
display form to enter email address
API: create an authorization token that will be used to change password
API: email reset password email with tokenized link that will be used to change password
log user in when clicking tokenized link and display password reset form (User Settings: Reset Password #26)
