Accessibility: alt text for images

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The platform currently lacks alt text for various images (for example the avatar image of a bot has no alt text and is not marked as decorative), which creates accessibility issues for visually impaired users who rely on screen readers.

Describe the solution you'd like
All images on the platform, including UI elements, uploaded images in bot flows, and any icons that convey important information, should have appropriate alt text attributes. This will ensure that users relying on assistive technologies can interpret the content correctly.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Providing an option for users to add alt text when uploading images in bot flows.
• Adding descriptive text near images as an alternative way to convey the same information.

There is already the option to add alt text to an image bubble.

Can you pinpoint to specific images that does not have an alt attribute? Because we have a rule in the code that prevents us from shipping image HTML elements without alt attribute
