The ComponentStatus resource is deprecated as of Kubernetes 1.19: kubernetes/kubernetes#93570

We use it to check if the API server is available: https://github.com/banzaicloud/pke/blob/master/cmd/pke/app/phases/kubeadm/controlplane/controlplane.go#L1018
