No Output

Describe the bug
Created a helm package using hem package from the hem official repository
ran ./chartsec /path/to/file
received no output

The expected outcome is to not to receive anything if there aren't any detected issues. Maybe this could be extended with a basic output that displays "Everything was fine."

Not returning an output and exiting with 0 is an accepted pattern in check and lint tools. But we can add a flag that outputs a message.

When running with the older version of artifactory I am not getting any output whereas when I tested with other tools (helm snyk test) I was able to gather 100+ vulnerabilities
