More transaction information available?

For a project I would also like to know:

• the name of the person who received/sent the money
• IBAN of Payee

In the official BBVA iOS app I can see the name. The full IBAN is also present if it was an internal transfer. For external transactions its DE****************4numbers.

Can you access this information from the API?
