Cloud fan controls are erratic

When using the Bambu Handy app or other cloud-enabled devices like the Panda Touch to control fan speeds, the value that the fan speed displays will change on its own after you select a different speed.

It's as if it's reading the current state of the fan speed but it makes it seem like it's changing it for a moment. Perhaps a solution to that would be separating the target fan speed vs the current speed?
