Cloning UI definition fails with 409 Conflict #2742

Description

Cloning the UI definition does not work and request fails, I have already tried changing the CrossEnvKey with no luck

Has the bug been reported before

Expected Behaviour

UI Definition should be cloned

Actual Behaviour

Request Fails with 409 - Conflict Response

Clock clone under UI definitions in Workflow dashboard
