[HTTP/2] An error rate gets occurred in perf test done for http/2 client upgrade scenario (H1C_H2C_Client_Upgrade)

Description:
An error rate gets occurred in perf test done for the h1c_h2c_client_upgrade scenario, under high load (100/300/1000 concurrency, 1024 bytes payload). The test was run for 10 mins in 3 different machines for JMeter, Ballerina and Netty echo backend.

Request failures can be seen with the following errors.

The issue is not reproducible with Ballerina h2c backend. Need to improve netty echo backend [1] in order to support h2 content aggregation for h2c upgrade scenario. Issue [2] is created to track the requirement. Hence closing this issue.
