not sure why CI failed even on lint. make lint runs fine locally

also seems babylon-private access in CI is still broken

@SebastianElvis could you help triage this issue? CI works fine on the main branch tho. not sure why it failed on base

We will be rebasing the base branch soon (hopefully tmr). Will check out by then

the auth error should be gone once we replace the babylon-private dependency cc @lesterli
