deepAR using multiple series giving different results

I trained a deepAR global estimator using multiple series by providing feat_static_cat. I have trained the model on 20 different series. I am predicting all the 20 series at a time, and i am also predicting individual series at a time on the previous trained model on 20 series. In both the scenarios the predictions for a specific series are different.
