The SDK's S3 client is missing the GetObjectAttributes operation due to smithy-lang/smithy-rs#1263

This call exists now: https://docs.rs/aws-sdk-s3/0.19.0/aws_sdk_s3/client/struct.Client.html#method.get_object_attributes
