SageMaker-Huggingface authorization denied

Hello all,

I'm trying to deploy a huggingface model to sagemaker using the SDK, but it seems that it doesn't take the env variable. This is the piece of code that I use:

            "HUGGING_FACE_HUB_TOKEN": os.environ['HUGGING_FACE_HUB_TOKEN'],

        huggingface_model = HuggingFaceModel(

            image_uri=get_huggingface_llm_image_uri("huggingface", version="1.1.0"),
        )

This is the error I'm getting:

Access to model mistralai/Mistral-7B-v0.1 is restricted and you are not in the authorized list. Visit https://huggingface.co/mistralai/Mistral-7B-v0.1 to ask for access.

Any idea why the env variable is not considered here and how to solve it?
