Add serialization for all methods before calling boto API.
serialize()will remove the unassigned objects and serialize classes fromresource.pyandshapes.pyto dict. This will fix #162 and #175.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
