everything on my homebrew setup moved to 3.9, except aws-sam-cli. can the .rb files use python3 instead of python3.8 and then change the dependency from [email protected] to just python?

gah.. i tried this locally, and it looks like you guys are explicitly using 3.8 in the libexec/... files.

guess this is a request to version bump.

Bump from 2022-October; would you please consider a bump to >=3.9 (perhaps >=3.10 to be in line with brew install awscli)?
