Add CRC64NVME support to S3 object integrity.

If this issue is resolved, would it fix seeing the log message reported in this issue (#2971)?

When I looked at my object in S3, the only checksum on it was CRC64NVME. (EDIT: uploaded via aws s3 sync in CodeBuild)
