Export lambda specific spans to otel collector

The OTel FAAS SIG is trying to resolve an issue around broken traces for non x-ray vendors when x-ray is enabled. In the process of fixing this, it broke x-ray traces. I would like to encourage a different path forward. (See here for more context.)

I'd like to request that X-Ray spans be exposed through the OTel collector pipeline so that they can be exported along side the other spans. I'm not sure the best way forward architecturally, but would love if representatives could participate in our SIG meeting where we can discuss options.
