I am trying the same with windows. While doing pip install pytz -t <path-to-project-dir>/lambda/imageprocessor/ I am getting the following error - irectory 'lambda\\imageprocessor' is not installable. File 'setup.py' not found. #24

your python setup is not proper in windows.
