With the recent upstream libserialport 0.1.2 release, what is the plan for this repo?

@mcuee @MCUdude Do I still need to work on any of this repo's issues and PRs?

The main issues remaining is to add CMake support and macOS cross-build support.

I have deleted the old release and sync with upstream.
