Refactor CMake installation for a proper system wide installation of RetDec #648

Apart from only building and installing specified RetDec components (#510) we would also like:

Install libraries in a way that makes then usable in other projects - i.e. install headers, create CMake finders, etc.
A proper system wide installation.
Test everything - create a new repository that would test and demonstrate all the uses cases.
