I have it locally I believe so
it needs only one more thing
which is accepting other private key besides ewoq

you need to add a param for private key to control, client, server, rpc, etc, etc
the idea is for newWallet to use it
in general, not only for fuji
but for local networks ewoqs is just default
you may also need to change some flags for fuji, I mean, just use the minimal needed flags
probably avoid network-max-reconnect-delay and health-check-frequency
