Replace react-native-google-analytics-bridge with an alternative

That dependency is now read-only and archived as of 2019. We need to find an alternative that is still supported. According to their docs, Google released the statement

We want to let you know that in October 2019 we will begin to sunset our Google Analytics for mobile apps reporting and the Google Analytics Services SDK.
Data collection and processing for such properties will stop on October 31, 2019.

IF we want to continue using google's solution for analytics, we need to use firebase, so we would have to implement react-native-firebase
