Tracker update not installing

It looks like when updating the new trackers file is not being installed properly. I recently set up a new rutorrent setup. Initially the autodl addon was out of date. I updated it and it reported the latest versions (for autodl and the trackers) as expected. I reloaded the trackers as well. However, the actual tracker file for the tracker I'm using was still the old version. I've checked the tracker release zip and it is up to date in there so it looks like the problem lies with the update process. No errors were reported when the initial update was performed, and unfortunately I didn't note the old version numbers.

I just started using autodl-irssi after not using it for many months. When updating, the autodl-irssi code updated correctly, however the trackers did not update. I had to manually download the trackers and overwrite the old ones.
