Filter to Limit amount of data added every hour etc

Hello there

I use a seedbox with limited space (200gb ssd). It works with the current Filters but it would be really useful to add a filter wich limits the amount of GB added every hour/day etc. So I could time that with autoremove (deluge) and the disk would never run full.

Like other feature requests, this would require a proper database system to be added, which is not something I'm going to work on myself. Like many of those other feature requests, this could probably also be done using the exec option and a script.
