Add support for keepComments=0 option

This issue looks more like a feature request.

Do you plan to support the mjml-cli option keepComments=0 that removes the comments ?

I like to comment my template parts when developing an MJML template, but I would like to remove them when exporting HTML (since it's not a good practice to keep them in the final .html template).
